Scope
This policy explains the information flows on this website and in voluntary correspondence with RV Advocates & Associates. The website is not a client portal or an emergency service.
Information collected
The optional enquiry form takes a name, telephone number, email, location, matter category, court or authority, case stage, contact preferences and brief description. Submitting stores these details with a timestamp in a private Lovable Cloud database for office review. A saved confirmation appears only after storage succeeds. Email and WhatsApp links are optional additional contact methods; messages through them must be sent separately.
The website does not require registration and does not ask for identity documents, financial details or payment information at the enquiry stage.
How the information is used
Information received through correspondence may be used to respond, assess the matter, check conflicts and, where appropriate, discuss an engagement. Communications providers process messages under their own terms. Entering information into a form does not confirm receipt, representation or acceptance of a matter.
Confidentiality
Professional confidentiality obligations and any legal privilege depend on the applicable law and the circumstances of the communication. They cannot be assumed merely from visiting the website or entering text into a public form. This does not waive any protection that the law otherwise provides. Avoid sending sensitive records until a suitable channel is agreed.
Please note that sending an enquiry through this website does not by itself create an advocate-client relationship. That relationship arises only when the engagement is accepted in writing.
Retention
Submitted enquiries, including reviewed automated summaries, are retained privately in Lovable Cloud. Access is restricted to explicitly approved office accounts. Correspondence sent separately to the office is held in the relevant communications service and handled according to the purpose of the communication and applicable professional, legal and record-keeping requirements. No fixed retention or deletion period for those services is represented here.
Cookies and analytics
The disclaimer acknowledgement is kept in this browser's local storage for 30 days; it is not marketing consent or acceptance of a professional engagement. The private sitemap tool also keeps its check history in the owner's browser. Hosting and analytics services may process request, device, browser and approximate-location information. Such logs should not be assumed to be anonymous merely because reporting is aggregated.
Optional automated summary
Text submitted to the optional AI summary tool is sent through Lovable AI Gateway to an AI provider to prepare a draft. It is not sent to the advocate as an enquiry by that action. Do not enter sensitive identifiers, confidential documents or unnecessary third-party personal information. The output may be inaccurate and is not legal advice; review it before submitting. Submitting the reviewed draft stores the edited summary, key facts, name and phone number privately for office review; the original AI input is not saved as an enquiry record. Processing is subject to the providers' terms and policies; zero retention or legal privilege is not promised.
Third-party services
Links on this site may open external applications such as the telephone dialler, email client or WhatsApp. Communications through those applications are governed by the privacy terms of the respective service providers.
Security
No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure. Do not send sensitive documents through the public website or automated summary tool. A suitable sharing channel can be agreed separately for any matter accepted by the advocate.
Your choices
A person who has submitted an enquiry may ask for the details to be corrected or removed by writing to iplegalworks@gmail.com. Requests are considered subject to applicable law, record-keeping requirements and what is held by the office. This does not promise deletion from independent service providers. Clearing this browser's local storage removes its disclaimer acknowledgement.
